APRIL IS ALCOHOL AWARENESS MONTH!

The month of April is dedicated as Alcohol Awareness Month. Sponsored by the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence, Inc. (NCADD), every April since 1987 is designated to “increase public awareness and understanding, reduce stigma and encourage local communities to focus on alcoholism and alcohol-related issues.” We view this as the prime opportunity to inform the community about how we are mission driven to combat the many problems associated with alcohol abuse, especially when it is connected to impaired driving.
